Rate is $9k for a 1/2 day (7 hours) + $18k for a full day - No permit needed. 

Would need to do catering through the club which would be the same price as outside catering.

Club would provide meeting rooms for production - no need for motorhomes. 

Club would remain open and functioning - but we would have closed off areas.
